Instructor Seminar 2022

The registration for our annual Instructor Seminar is open.

The seminar will take place at the Honbu Dojo in Hechtel (Belgium) and held by Hanshi Jhonny Bernaschewice and Shihan Frank Sommer.

Topic Hanshi Bernaschewice: Chi Ryu Aiki-JuJitsu

We will cover all important aspects of teaching Chi Ryu Aiki-JuJitsu and refreshen our knowledge of the Kyu- and Dan-programs.

Topic Shihan Sommer: Chan Shaolim Si

Chan Shaolim Si is about perfecting principles.
The seminar will provide an insight into the 18 static sequences of movements that go back to Bodhidharma. In these exercises, breathing, tension-relaxation, concentration, steadfastness, power, postures, basic techniques, muscles, tendons and stamina are built up and trained. Appropriate partner techniques serve to deepen the various principles (circular principle, straightforward attack, holding and blocking etc.).

Participation is necessary for the renewal of your instructor license and assistant instructor license (Chi Ryu Aiki-Jitsu, Okinawa Kobudo and Iaido)!

Accommodation is available at the dojo (please bring air mattress and sleeping bag) or in surrounding B&B’s. Please, email us for further information.

Please, bring all weapons necessary (Kobudo and Iaido!)! We do not have sufficient weapons for everybody at the dojo.
