Even thought Corona has put a stop on all training activities once again (the dojo is closed for public training) we are not sitting on our … 🤘🏻 😜

Every morning we are at the dojo practicing our Iaido waza and Niten Ichi Ryu.

Beste studenten, lieve ouders,

Wegens de situatie met betrekking tot de ziekte Covid-19 en de daarbij behorende aanbevelingen, stoppen we onze training vanaf woensdag 11 maart tot en met de paasvakantie.


Kengō 剣号

Sword names or 剣号 Kengō are very typical for Japanese sword masters. After years of perfecting their skills the headmaster of a distinctive ryūha (school of swordmanship) took a pseudonym as name replacing their first name. 剣号 Kengō usually describe the character of the person by using 2 kanji.
