Fall Iaido Seminar 2025

Dear Shihan and Sensei of the FGTCK vzw,

I warmly greet you and would like to inform you about the Fall Iaido Seminar 2025, organized by the Federation Geido Tao Chi Kihon vzw under the direction of Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow. Please also pass this information on to interested groups and students.

Date & Venue (Updated):
The seminar will take place on Saturday, October 11, 2025, and Sunday, October 12, 2025, not from October 10as originally announced.
The venue has changed: We will now train at the dojo of Sporthal Eksel, Dennenstraat 8, 3941 Hechtel-Eksel (Belgium).

New Schedule (Weekend):
Saturday:
10:00–12:00 – Keiko (Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow)
13:30–15:00 – Keiko (Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow)
15:30–16:30 – Keiko (Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow)
From 18:30 – Group dinner at a local restaurant

Sunday:
10:00–12:00 – Keiko (Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow)

Participation Conditions & Deadlines:

  • Participation fee: €110
  • Overnight stays at the sports complex are not permitted. Please arrange your own accommodation (e.g., hotels, B&Bs, or holiday parks in the area).
  • Participation is binding: Please confirm your attendance no later than September 20, 2025.
  • Disclaimer: FGTCK vzw accepts no liability for injuries, damages, or losses in connection with the seminar or travel to/from the event. Adequate personal, health, travel, and accident insurance is the responsibility of each participant.

Important Notes:

  • Registration is by email to Shihan Kathrin Siggelkow (info@chiryu.be) – places are limited!
  • Please bring your own bokuto and iaito as usual.
